The National Lottery in the Netherlands asked Zigila to develop a name for a new online lottery concept. In some way the name had to incorporate the concepts of ‘daily’ and ‘7 times a week’. And given that we were dealing with an online operation, besides all of the usual legal and communication prerequisites, the name also had to be available as a domain name. Dayzers makes direct reference to the idea of daily and consists of 7 letters – one for each day of the week. The creative process was completed in just three weeks.
